Chapter House Project: Precision Joinery for a Contemporary Workspace

Project Location: Old Street, London
Project Scope: Tea point, tea point island, and drinks unit

The Chapter House project was a collaboration with Whitepaper to design, fabricate, and install key joinery elements within a contemporary office setting. The goal was to create a space that blends functionality with a refined, modern aesthetic, using carefully curated materials to enhance both form and durability.

Working closely with the client, we delivered:

  • Tea point – a clean, minimalist unit designed to provide a seamless and efficient workspace

  • Island – a central feature that balances practicality with inviting textures

  • Drinks unit – crafted for both style and function, offering a sleek storage solution

To achieve a cohesive and sophisticated look, the client selected Fenix® F2200 Dark Chocolate laminate, known for its smooth, matte finish and high durability. This was paired with Roma Oak ribbed panelling from Surface Studio, bringing warmth and texture to the space. For a seamless finish, we incorporated Hi-Macs® solid surface, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance.

The result is a thoughtfully crafted space that complements the wider office design, offering a balance of elegance and practicality. Every detail was considered to enhance usability while maintaining a polished, inviting atmosphere.

A big thank you to Whitepaper for choosing us for this project – it was a pleasure to bring these elements to life.
